Server Rules
1: NO BOTs.
If you are caught botting you will recieve a 24 hour jail, second offense is 60 hour jail, third offense will result in a ban of your account.
2: NO Packeting.
If you are caught using a packet spamming program you will be jailed for 24 hours on the first offense. 60 hours on second, third will result in a ban of your account.
3: NO Personal attacks on other players.
If you are caught flaming, offending, or personally attacking another player in the server you will be muted for 2 hours. Second offense you will be jailed for 12 hours, third offense you will be jailed for 24 hours. Fourth and further offenses, jail time will increase by 12 hours.
4: NO Kill stealing.
If you are caught deliberately KSing another player (this includes Bloody Branches spawned by players), you will be muted for 2 hours and items obtained from the KS removed from your character. Further offenses will result in jail time, 12 hours for second offense, 24 for third, and increasing by 12 hours each further offense.
5: NO AFK Leveling.
If you are caught AFK leveling with a homunculus or by any other means, you will be jailed for 24 hours. Second offense will result in jail for 60 hours, and third will result in a ban of your account.
6: No usage of exploits to gain an upper hand in the server.
If you are caught using an exploit, either by hacking the client's .exe file to exploit certain features of the game you will be jailed for 48 hours. Second offense will result in banning of your account.
7: No skill spamming.
If you are caught spamming skills in town, your character will get muted for 1 hour. Second offense will result in a 2 hour mute, further offenses will result in an addition of an hour to the muting for each further offense.
8: No chat spamming.
If you are caught spamming messages in game, your character will be muted for 1 hour. Second offense will result in a 2 hour mute, further offenses will result inan addition of an hour to the muting for each further offense.
9: No impersonating GMs.
If you are caught impersonating a GM in order to mislead players, you will be jailed for 24 hours. Second offense you will be jailed for 60 hours, and third offense will result in a ban.
10. No scamming.
If you are caught scamming another player in game you will be jailed for 24 hours. Second offense you will be jailed for 60 hours, third offense will result in a ban.
11. Merchants and chat roomss are to be kept on the sidewalks of our main town. [Prontera]
If you put a shop up on the road in Prontera, your character will likely be moved to the sidewalk by a GM, this usually results in your shop or chat getting closed since warping closes down the shop.
12. No public advertisements of other RO Servers.
If you are caught advertising another server publicly in game you will be muted for 1 hour. Further offenses will result in an addition of an hour to the mute length for each offense.
13. You are responsible for your accounts.
If you share your accounts with another player, that is your decision, however the GM Staff is not responsible for any losses you take due to this action, nor are we obligated to return your items if they are stolen by someone you allowed to have access to your account.
